We want you to be completely satisfied with your Volta Sound Block. We carefully design and handcraft each Sound Block to ensure that every piece we ship meets our highest standards. Having said that, if you are not satisfied, you may return any item you've purchased from us within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

Please notify us by email that you are returning the item so that we will be looking for it. On receiving the item back in new and re-sellable condition, we will issue a full credit back for the purchase price of the item. If you wish to return your order over 10 business days of receipt of the product there will be a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to refund shipping costs.
